Feldo is provided by Aptro Labs. The App is part of our field sales management service and works together with the Feldo web experience your organization may use.

Depending on how your employer or organization configures Feldo and which features you use, we may process categories such as:
- Account and profile data — For example, name, work email or phone, role, and identifiers needed to sign you in and keep your session secure.
- Operational and usage data — Information you enter or generate in the App, such as visits, check-ins, daily jobs, clients, areas, notes, timestamps, and worklog entries associated with your account.
- Location data — When you use features that rely on location (for example, visit check-in or map-related views), we may collect precise or approximate location from your device where permitted and when such collection is enabled for the App. This supports field accountability and routing features described in the product.
- Device and technical data — Such as device type, operating system version, app version, diagnostic logs, and identifiers used for security, fraud prevention, and reliability.

We use the information above to provide and improve Feldo, authenticate users, sync data with your organization’s workspace, show relevant field and map features, generate reports your admins are allowed to see, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.
